Payment and BillingYou agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase or subscription as outlined at the time of sale. After any applicable free trial period, recurring payments will be automatically charged on the billing cycle you selected, unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.⸻3. Refunds and CancellationsDue to the custom-built nature of our Services, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.⸻4. Client ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for providing accurate business information, granting access to platforms (email, CRM, calendars, etc.), and ensuring compliance with any third-party services you use. Failure to provide required access or data may delay or prevent delivery of services.⸻5. Intellectual PropertyAll materials, systems, code, templates, and content delivered by BlackVault.AI remain the intellectual property of the Company. You are granted a non-transferable license to use the installed systems for your internal business operations only.⸻6. Limitation of LiabilityBlackVault.AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the past 3 months.⸻7. No Guarantees of ResultsWhile our systems are designed to improve lead management, automation, and business efficiency, we do not guarantee any specific financial or business results. Performance may vary depending on client industry, market conditions, and client usage.⸻8. ModificationsWe may update these Terms of Service at any time.
